Questions
Is Ulkaa Calendar free?
Yes. Your personal calendar is free with a free Ulkaa account. Calendars that belong to a team live inside an Ulkaa Workspace, which is paid per user after a 14-day trial.
Can I see work and personal events together?
Yes. The All view merges your personal calendars and every workspace you belong to, and each event is marked with where it comes from. Switch to Personal or one workspace whenever you want them apart.
Can I find a time that suits everyone?
Yes. Find a time lays guests’ busy blocks next to each other. On a personal calendar you see someone’s busy times only if they have shared a calendar with you; in a workspace, members can check each other. Titles and places are never shown.
Can I import my Google or Outlook calendar?
You can import an .ics file into a calendar you can write to. It covers events and simple repeat rules; complex recurrence may not come across, so check a few repeating events afterwards.
Which repeat rules are supported?
Daily, weekly (on chosen days), monthly and yearly, with an interval and an end date or count. Monthly events repeat on the same day of the month.
Does it make video meeting links?
Not yet. You can paste any call link into an event and guests get a Join button.
Do guests need an Ulkaa account?
Yes, for now. Guests are picked from people on Ulkaa, so they can answer Yes, Maybe or No.
